Terms of Service

In these Terms, “Akhteserlak” or the “Platform” means the Akhteserlak price-comparison website and service; “User” means anyone who visits the Platform; “Retailer” means an independent seller whose product or price information appears; and “Service” includes search, comparisons, deals, trends, price history, and visual search.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service. You must be legally able to accept these Terms or use the Platform with a parent or guardian’s knowledge and consent where required by law.

The Service is for lawful personal use. The current comparison experience does not require a shopper account, and visiting the Platform does not create a sales, agency, or advisory relationship between you and Akhteserlak.

Akhteserlak is an information service that collects product and price data from monitored retailers, matches offers to products, presents comparisons in one interface, and lets you continue to the retailer. We do not hold inventory, take payment, fulfil orders, or deliver products.

Catalogs, prices, retailers, and statistics are scoped to your selected country. Coverage may differ between Kuwait and Jordan, and we do not promise that every retailer, product, or market offer is included.

• Current price: is the latest price we recorded for that offer and may change at the retailer after our latest check.
• Previous price: appears only when we have a reliable earlier observation of the same offer at the same retailer; we do not substitute another retailer’s price.
• Hot Deals: require a verified drop of 40% or more between the previous and current price for the same offer.
• Cheapest offer: is based on recorded available offers for that product and country and may exclude delivery, taxes, or payment fees.

Always verify the exact model, storage, color, final price, and availability on the retailer page before buying.

Retailers are independent from Akhteserlak. When you follow a retailer link, you leave our Service and the retailer’s terms, privacy, payment, delivery, warranty, and return policies apply. Akhteserlak is not a party to the contract between you and the retailer.

“Verified retailer” does not mean that we guarantee every product or transaction. It means that the retailer is recorded and active among the Platform operator’s approved catalog sources. You remain responsible for evaluating the retailer and offer before purchase.

You may use the Service for lawful personal search, comparison, and retailer navigation. You must not attempt to harm, disrupt, or bypass the Platform or its protections.

• Introducing malware, attempting unauthorized access, or testing vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Using automation in a way that creates unreasonable load, bypasses rate limits, or disrupts data collection and operation.
• Uploading images you have no right to use or that contain illegal, harmful, or privacy-invasive content.
• Copying or reselling the Service or its data, or impersonating Akhteserlak or a retailer.

Akhteserlak or its licensors own the Platform design, brand, software, original text, and presentation, excluding third-party content. We give you a limited, revocable licence to use the Service personally in accordance with these Terms.

Retailer names, trademarks, product images, and descriptions belong to their respective owners. Their appearance supports identification and comparison and does not imply sponsorship or partnership unless expressly stated.

Our Privacy Policy explains how search terms, clicks, sessions, technical data, and visual-search outcomes are processed.

When using visual search, you confirm that you have the right to use the image for that purpose. We process it for the current search, remove location metadata through re-encoding, and may send a sanitized copy to the configured AI provider for matching. Akhteserlak does not retain the image.

We aim to provide a useful and accurate Service, but it is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, complete or moment-by-moment accurate data, or the availability of any product, price, or search result.

To the extent permitted by law, Akhteserlak is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, a purchase decision based on information not verified with the retailer, or an independent retailer’s act or omission. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

We may modify or suspend part of the Service or restrict access for maintenance, misuse, security risk, or legal requirements. We may also update these Terms as the Platform or its practices change; the date at the top will be revised when a new version is published.

These Terms are interpreted under the law applicable to operation of the Service in the relevant country, without displacing mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rules. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
